Michelle brings almost a decade of experience in teaching to the yoga room, and through her own personal experiences with depression and anxiety, teaches workshop which draw on:
the foundational principles of Yoga Therapy, the principles of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breathing) & meditation practices and incorporates a light hearted approach to being present in our bodies, and ENJOYING IT THERE!!

TEAM BUILDING YOGA & MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP – An energising 2 hour yoga session incorporating asana (posture), pranayama (breathing) & meditation practices.  Have some fun with your colleagues / friends as we explore Partner Yoga, and stepping out of our comfort zone by taking a leap of faith into unfamiliar yoga postures, as well as breathing techniques effective in managing stress.
